Really really tired right now. I swam across the bay from one side to the other and it was great except when I was going it alone on the way back and thought I was going to drown, and got cramp in my foot. But I made it! I'm afraid of deep water so I am proud of this.

I guess I am capable of more than I imagined.

Life would be so good, if such sadness was not happening in my family.

It sounds like such a cliche but I gotta take it one day at a time. It's the only thing that keeps me going.
