I fully intend to go take a walk or something because I have seriously have not done a thing all day.
Anyways I was thinking today about how I am always so hard on myself fitness wise, Always thinking about what I can't do rather than what I can, and always thinking of how I could work harder and be more toned.
Well I decided to think about what I CAN do now since I started working out=
When I first started I could not jog for longer than 2 mins (honestly), Now I do interval training for 30 mins, 3 times a week.
I used to struggle to do any exercise for my abs, I now do a total of 200-300 each workout session.
I can run up the stairs without getting out of breath, I can swim for 30 mins to an hour no problem.
My workout schedule is as follows:
Monday= weights, abs (1 hour)
yoga (20-30 mins)
Tuesday= Interval training (30 mins)
Wednesday= Weights, abs (1 hour)
Yoga (20-30 mins)
Thursday= Interval training (30 mins)
Friday= Weights, abs (1 hour)
Yoga (20-30 mins)
Saturday= Interval training (30 mins)
Sunday= Day off
I'm not sure if this is a good workout schedule though. I think I would like to try and fit some more yoga in maybe.
I get confused sometimes because everywhere I look has different opinions on this.
Maybe i should see how I feel and do as much as i can? I'd just like to know if this is a good level of fitness.
