My sister told me something about how when her friend was pregnant the ob-gyn kept asking her about the size of her feet. Finally the friend got fed up and said "why do you keep asking me about my feet?" The doctor said that the size of your vagina and the size of the baby you can deliver can be told by the size of your feet. Hmmmmm. With my huge size 10 (us women's 12) feet, I guess Galen and I can call our first baby dumbo because it's gonna be the size of a baby elephant. I mean I also read that taller people product bigger babies. I'm 6'2, Galen is 6'4...I'm very very afraid!!!

In keeping with today's topic, I have my period and I am crampy and moody. Though I did appreciate the cleaning frenzy that comes over me the few couple days...I finally cleared out some drawers etc that I've been meaning to. I've been reading feminist stuff about celebrating your period. I do believe that our society has the wrong attitude towards it. I mean the commercials for tampons etc are all about hiding it as though it is something to be ashamed of. It's the most natural thing in the world and yet we act like it is some disgusting disease. I'm never embarassed to buy pads or tampons even if a man is at the counter, I'm never embarassed to tell a male friend that I have my period. Why should I be? I tell Galen stuff and I am lucky that he is a great guy. He never acts disgusted, he is very very sweet and offers to rub my back (unfortunatly he is too far away to reach but it's the thought that counts!).

Anyways I got to go now, I'll add anything more about this stuff later. Also this quiz result: You are Lili St. Cyr!
