< Thank goddess I have a new doctor! >
2003-02-02I am quite pissed off.
I have had this for at least two years now. My old doctor used to just say "oh you have a nervous stomach" and tell me to take stomach med...I can't remember the name but someone out there might possibly know it...It's a white liquid that tastes like chalk. Anyways, I would tell him over and over again that the meds are working and he would not listen. I've been in serious pain, with nausea etc for about two years! If he had only listened to me or properly checked me It would have saved me a lot of horrible times.
He did the same thing to my grandad which is why I switched doctors. I didn't know he'd done it to me too.
Who the hell can you trust if not your doctor?
My new doctor is great, he does something my old doctor never did.......He listens.
At least now I know something is wrong with me and I can start taking care of it.
